Welcome To The Summoned

An imposing figure welcomes you into the room. It is well lit, several candles lending their light, and briefly, so very briefly, you catch the scent of... sandalwood?
The lady known as Viscasi takes her place behind a polished onyx desk. Normally well-kept and organized, she appears frazzled at the sight of the heap of books, scrolls, runes and the like littering the desktop. She takes a brief pause, breathes out, and finally starts talking.
"I wish we didn't have to resort to this," she started, sounding both annoyed and irritated. She pauses yet again, and breathes out slowly, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be taking this out on you.
"The thing is, we have a problem. D'en's ever so delightful sister failed a Summoning. A fail of epic proportions. One that we absolutely cannot comprehend how she managed to do it. What we do know is that we have a huge problem on our hands and we need to address it.
"A rift has somehow opened between Valhalla and Tzechean. A huge number of demons of various breeds are being drawn in and they're not happy. I've been sealing as many as I can, but there's only so much time before the seal breaks once again.
"Therefore, I need this: I need people to start bonding with these demons. I have demons encased in crystal. I have them in incorporeal form. I also have them in free form, though those will need to be bonded immediately lest they start wrecking havoc with no one to control them.
"I do hope you're up to the task," she finishes, and you see true concern flash in her eyes. Quietly, she continues, "Unless we get this under control, the Lord D'en will be ordering a Dissipation curse to turn them back into souls and send them back to Tzechean." In that instant you realize she is very much attached to these demons and that she truely hopes to find them appropriate masters.
